Return and Refund Policy

Returns

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • In a resaleable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please notify us at returns@calmnest.co.uk before returning any items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bedding or bath products

  • Personal care items that have been used

  • Gift cards or e-gift cards
    (Unless faulty or damaged)

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@calmnest.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return address and instructions.

  3. Package the item(s) securely and send them back using a tracked service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take longer to appear depending on your bank or card provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund—whatever works best for you.
