Returns

Exchanges

General Returns and Shipping Policies

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Log into your trade account and fill in the appropriate form within 2 working days.
  • Report damages in writing within 7 days, including images of the damage.
  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 3 working days using the online form.
  • Contact customer care within four weeks of dispatch with a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s).
  • Report damages within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process:

  • Complete the return form on your trade account dashboard.
  • Replacement parts for damaged items will be provided for claims reported within 7 days.
  • Submit return claims using the online form, including your Return Reference number.
  • Email customer care with photos of the damage.
  • Return items within 14 days of delivery after approval.
  • Return items in the original packaging or incur a repacking charge.

Shipping Times:

  • Larger items: 7-10 working days from dispatch; smaller items: 2-3 working days from order placement.
  • Delivery times range from 14 to 21 days.

Packaging and Costs:

  • Items must be in the original packaging. Distance selling returns must be in the same condition as received.
  • Ensure original packaging for returns or incur additional repacking charges.

Refund Processing:
