Calmnest Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Calmnest, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and sustainably. Our shipping practices are designed to be transparent, eco-friendly, and customer-centric.

Standard Delivery

• Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 2–5 working days thereafter. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Couriers: We partner with reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and Yodel to ensure reliable delivery services.

Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: Enjoy free standard UK delivery on all orders except for Mamboo products. 

• Orders Under £30: A flat-rate shipping fee of £5 applies to orders below £30 for Mama Bamboo products only.  Free Delivery for orders over £30 for Mama Bamboo products only.

Order Tracking

• Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number.

• Tracking: Use the provided tracking number on the courier's website to monitor your delivery status.

Bank Holidays & Peak Times

• Processing Delays: Our warehouse is closed on UK bank holidays, which may result in additional processing time.

• Peak Periods: During high-demand seasons, such as holidays, please allow extra time for order processing and delivery.

Missed Deliveries & Returns

• Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection.

• Returns: If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address details, we will refund the order amount minus any applicable return shipping fees.

Returns

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused and in their original packaging

• In a resaleable condition

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please notify us at returns@calmnest.co.uk before returning any items.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened bedding or bath products

• Personal care items that have been used

• Gift cards or e-gift cards
  (Unless faulty or damaged)

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at support@calmnest.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.

2. We’ll send you a return address and instructions.

3. Package the item(s) securely and send them back using a tracked service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Refunds may take longer to appear depending on your bank or card provider

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damage

We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund—whatever works best for you.
