Bright Bots ‘pull-on’ training pants are designed to minimise little accidents and are made with an absorbent 100% cotton terry and have a PUL gusset in cotton mix terry. They are comfortable with softly elasticated legs.

*Please note sizing has increased in all sizing – particularly the XL size.

Bright Bots training pants will be of assistance in potty training but are not designed for multiple “accidents”. Toddlers should be changed each time pants gets wet. These reusable training pants are an inexpensive and eco-friendly alternative to disposables as they are washable and hard wearing.

Free Delivery: Enjoy free standard UK delivery on all orders except for Mamboo products.

Orders Under £30: A flat-rate shipping fee of £5 applies to orders below £30 for Mama Bamboo products only. Free Delivery for orders over £30 for Mama Bamboo products only.
Order Tracking

Bank Holidays & Peak Times

Missed Deliveries & Returns

Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Returns: If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address details, we will refund the order amount minus any applicable return shipping fees.

Returns
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused and in their original packaging

In a resaleable condition

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened bedding or bath products

How to Return an Item

Email us at support@calmnest.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.

We’ll send you a return address and instructions.

Package the item(s) securely and send them back using a tracked service.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
